Development version

Bio++ 2.0

Bio++ 2.0 is the currently maintained release. It was released in February 2011 [2].

It is composed of :

Bio++ 1.9

Bio++ 1.9 was released in April 2010 [3].

Bio++ 1.8 was released in June 2008 [4].

  • Bpp-Seq 1.6
  • Bpp-Phyl 1.8

Remark: In contrast with latter versions, which use CMake, Bio++ 1.8 uses Autotools.
